The recent bushfire has caused deaths of many while leaving many families homeless across Victoria. Please keep them in your prayers. My heart goes out to them. As u have read or seen from ping's blog...yes, it's that scary!!!

cinema, here i come!!!

what i did during the holidays....lalala~





Australia is a real good movie. although it's 3 hours long, i did not find it boring at all as some claimed it was. a mixture of Australian history and love story.





Bedtime stories is not a bad one. Funny yet has good motivation.





The Curious Case of Benjamin Button is a good one too. About 3 hours but i find it very meaningful and relates a lot to life, especially decisions and hardcore truths.






Twilight!! well, i guess u all know, is a love story...but for more details and to be really able to feel...err, the LOVE, kindly read the book :P or else..for lazy ppl, the movie would do u good.

Ooooo Mamma Mia !!!!







Australia has Mamma Mia and it's still not out yet in Malaysia. Watched it. Great chick flick and typical romance comedy. But what made it all so special was the ABBA musical throughout the whole movie. All songs were played at the right scene at the right time. And when those songs were played, you can actually hear the person next to you humming and singing along but what's interesting is that... the voices got louder and u realized the whole cinema was singing along with you. How cute is that...?? Plus, it's a walk down memory lane with the ABBA songs which was popular during our parents' time, but I just realized some songs are actually not bad and their lyrics are quite meaningful.


So girls, watch watch watch if u get the chance... don't think guys will enjoy it as much..

Harry Potter’s Movie Premiere Ticket

We get to see ‘Mad-Eye’ Moody again. haha…he’s the one wearing something on one side of his eye. I just find his character funny. Not a huge fan or a fanatic of Harry Potter tho. I just bought the tickets from my aunt who is helping St. Mary’s Alumni or otherwise known as OMA to sell it. After all, it’s for the school. My old school...so yeah. STAR was as usual quite packed tonight too although it’s a weekday nite. The movie was about two hours long only. Erm..the movie??? More truths are discovered, friendship, betrayal and death. Okay. Full Stop. I shan’t spoil it for those who have not watch it. Wanna know more..? Check wizard boy out yourselves.

If u have been reading the papers, I’m pretty sure you would have come across the news of a 3 year old little girl being murdered in Penang. Police had today remanded the little girl’s biological mother, believing she also had a share in the murder of her daughter. The mother, although did not murder the girl was somehow believed to have been one way or another involved too. Newspapers claimed that her mother’s boyfriend was the one who actually murdered the poor girl and have her body and bones scattered all over 4 different places in Penang. What kind of human would do such a heartless thing to such an adorable lil’ girl?? This case had been featured on the front pages of STAR for the past two days and STAR also reported that the mother even sought help from MCA, the public, friends & relative and even cried so badly to know that her daughter is dead. What an act, huh..? She probably would have won the Academy Awards or the Golden Globe, that even readers and the public pitied her when they saw her crying. The truth will be out. We just have to follow up the papers and may the little girl’s soul rest in peace. Sad...the little girl was so adorable, having the roundest eyes I have ever seen. But most of all, she was innocent. What has the world become..??? The world is no longer a safe place anymore, is it??

Here Comes the Bride

What’s the hottest news now??? Did you guys hear..???

Our dear PM is getting married tomorrow..!! And I just knew about it. Sorry la, haven’t been in touch wid the papers or news. No wonder I see ppl in our open lab are downloading news and videos of Badawi when I was doing assignment there few days ago. I was kinda surprised that students were so into news about Badawi but who knows…it’s a hot issue that’s why! FYI, He will be marrying a widow with 2 daughters. My mom said it’s rather a pity as his wife has just passed away for about a year only and that he is marrying so soon. My mom thought of him as a noble, caring and nice man. She was also wondering and asked, “Are men able to carry on with their lives after the deaths of their wives w/o marrying? What say u ppl? Oh well…dunno how true its is but some sources said the bride to be is Endon’s brother’s wife. Some sort of like that. They are said to be related. Hmm… dunno la but sometimes what we see is not necessarily what we get right?
