TUESDAY....


Went to the city to meet Karen for lunch. haven't seen her in ages. And we had KFC. My first KFC since i got here. Serious. LOL.

Then, Ying Zhen met up with me and we both went shopping. before we knew, it was dinner time. Were craving for dumplings and decided to try this dim sum and yum-cha place.

For dinner today...well, more like yesterday now... I came up with a new dish to cook. Never actually cooked that dish before. Typically me being lazy..i thought of a dish that has both meat and and vege so i need not have cook two different dishes in order to have a balance meal. tee-hee.

Hot Japanese pancake with tuna, cheese, lettuce and sweet corn. Might prob sounded weird to some of u but it's not that bad after all. it just somehow suits the taste.
