Since the holidays, I really have not done anything productive apart from idling my time away. I’ve been watching a drama series recently, to kill time. I’m not saying that it’s productive, just u know… so that I won’t be bored to death. LOL. I begin to realise a lot of things in life. Of course, many of what I will be mentioning is nothing new, but in fact, we practically hear it every now and then.
When they say “inner beauty is more important than physical beauty”, it’s REALLY REALLY true. Yes…although it’s very common but have you ever really think of what it actually means? Outer beauty won’t last forever but inner beauty does. This is because outer beauty will fade through time and also aging or other misfortunes. It’s really the inner beauty that is the one that matters because that will last forever. Beauty is skin deep.
“Imperfect physical appearances are not a crime”. Truthfully speaking, many would look at physical appearances first when they meet someone for their very first time. Some would even take physical appearances as one of the factors to consider when making friends. That kinda attitude is wrong and definitely hurtful. Please bear in mind that everyone has feelings… NOT ONLY U!! So what is that person is not pretty or handicapped? As long as that person has good values, good attitude and has a good heart. Furthermore, they definitely deserved to be treated equally like you and me. Do you think there’s anyone who wants to be born with imperfect physical appearances? Do you think no one wants to be born with good appearances, pretty, well and live life happily? But can they choose? These are all God’s arrangement. Thus, we as normal humans should be thankful with what God has already blessed us with and stop comparing among one another. All of this happens for a reason.
I also begin to realise, what you possess and have now might not necessary last forever. You can have all the wealth, power, name, fame and all the other beautiful things under the sun but all of these might not last. And although born with a silver spoon in the mouth, still, in life all these possessions or assets should not be taken granted for. Least, when we loose it one day, being too dependable will only end us up having difficulties to stand up once again.
In life, we should take things one step at a time. Being ambitious is good but we should always know our limits and know the load that we are able to handle. This is because being too ambitious together with overrated dreams to succeed fast will only cost us to fall harder.
PS: So who said u can’t learn anything by watching movies or drama series for that matter?? ;P

Hi nana! this post is really something thoughtful from you! what you say is true but it is just a matter of perception and each belief.
the value of life that you realized and put in this blog had reminded me of my worker. He ask me about 5 days ago about "why the job that he does never made him rich?" and also he ask me "why he is born into this world into poor family?" As his boss i am made speechless by his questions. A moment later, i ask him did he know about the yin and yang concept? i told him that in life it is about balance and about how do you want to bring value into your life. Then i ask him to judge my situation, i am his boss and still need to go under the sun, bathing with sweat mixing cement for him. He pause and he just smile. Then i also told him that no matter how poor you are, if you think that you are rich then you are rich. Everything happen for a reason and reason exist from cause that come from human behavior (paiseh too much philosophy, got it from sun tzu art of war!)i told him that poor people have their own role in the society so does the rich. If in this world everyone is rich, will there be tall building or will we be wearing nike or adidas shoe playing football? will there be event rock star, movie star or other stars? i ask him. So finally my worker understand and go back doing his work! lol, there are many things that we will face in the future, so just get ready to catch the big wave.
So nana, if you think that you are not productive, you are wrong because blogging and having you own thought is being productive as well. Maybe you wish that you have something to do to filled up those wasted time rite?
Do you know that Donald trump ever went into bankruptcy and lose everything. But it never made him down instead he still wearing coat and go for konglomerate dinner and by the end of the day he manage to secure a bank loan that allow him to pay all the debts and start all over. haha..thanks for the compliment. Normally i am scared of giving comment cause last time you owes say me "loso" and i think i really am so sometime feel a bit scared to write long comment. Will try to keep things short next time..
