Aunt’s visit

Yes…they came and went. At the beginning, we were wondering how my two little cousins are gonna stand the whole two weeks staying wid us. Obviously, we don not have kiddy games nor kiddy programs that are of interest to kids their age. Of course, my sister and I still had our Barbies and a Barbie Dollhouse but they had lots of Barbie Dolls back in Brisbane and kinda got tired of it too. So yeah, most of the time it’s either my mom or me would bring them out and at least, there’s one thing that the two lil’ ones and I have in common...that is, shopping for accessories. Sydney is 10 and Chelsea is 8. Despite their age gap with ours, they are both rather easy talk to, very approachable and quite smart lil’ girls. It’s also prob coz they grew up overseas with. Among the two, Chels is more talkative and can get along with anyone regardless of age. She even had a conversation with my dad. How cute is that? Haha… Yes, she’s the one who likes to knock on my bedroom door each morning and peeps in. Then I’ll pretend to be sleeping and see what she does. She likes to look and play with my stuff on my ever-messy dressing table. Sydney is sweet, more mature and has a passion for dancing, taking part in most of the competitions organized. Chelsea, on the hand has a flaw for music and told her mom that she wants to learn the piano. According to my aunt, Chels picked up really fast in her lessons and is currently in Grade 3.

Their 2-weeks stay wasn’t exactly long nor is it short. They left for more than a week already, currently in Genting, going to Singapore before heading back to Brisbane. Suddenly, our house is now all quiet again without their laughter or them running up and down the stairs. Definitely missing the two little angels.

Okay..i know I ‘ve talked too much!!! Pic time....!! Random pics taken during their stay at my house.

All da’ ladiez in da’ house

UNO…the little game that the girls enjoy. Ohh...and CLUEDO too.

Kids make great natural posers, don’t they? Even drinking can look so natural!

Syd got her hair curled and Chels got hers highlighted. Tsk tsk tsk…Kids nowadays…

Sydney, Chelsea & Emily. Chels is the more active one. She climbed all the way to the back just to look taller than everyone else.

Sisterly love

And us too..!! =P

I did Chel’s braids during their last day here. It’s good to know that I haven’t lost my touch. Jee-hee-hee.

RAndom Late evening views of Friendship Park

The many many beautiful fishes. Sadly, now they are all dead due to some irresponsible ppl :(

Syd and Chels..*missing them*

This one is taken from their trip to the Semenggok Wildlife Centre. Reminds me of..Jahahaha..!!

Chels was teaching me how to pronounce "orang utan" as "Orreng ootan". And boy did she fail me straightaway...she said i kept getting it wrong. In the end, i gave up! :D
